The class also includes case studies of companies that have implemented Lean Six Sigma and demonstrates the breakthrough improvements that these companies have achieved. Completion of the Executive Overview training will help business leaders to achieve buy-in from their employees to the Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques in order to reduce costs and cycle-times, improve quality, and eliminate waste in their organization.
