This half-day Lean Six Sigma Executive Overview class is FREE for anyone in a management or leadership role who would like a basic understanding of the concepts of Lean Six Sigma and how its tools, techniques and methodologies can add value in their workplace. 
The FREE class will be run 9am - 12 noon the first Monday of each month (except Bank Holidays). The instructor is a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and has over 20 years experience working for multinational companies in the USA where Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques were commonly used.
